The customer service was great. I love all of my cases except for 1, the material used was too soft to have a strap so the strap can't hold on the Gucci one. But the Louie material and the way strap is attached will last much longer. Customer service was great because although they did not replace with a case with strap, they did send me another case to use without strap so I wasn't left empty handed. I would purchase again from them for sure.
